So I love looking at what films are coming out in the colder months because I think they’re a really fun thing to do when the weather isn’t great. I also just love watching films in general!
I thought for this post I’d let you guys know which films, that I think are worth seeing that are coming out in October.
So this post are all films in October from today onward!
Bad Times at the El Royale
This films looks great. The cast is brilliant and the trailers that they’ve released have really made me want to go and see it. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this film turns out as the aesthetic of it looks really pleasing to the eye – I love the neon lights!
Ryan Gosling and director Damien Chazelle team up for a second time – the first was with Oscar winning La La Land – to create this dramatised biography of Neil Armstrong landing on the moon. It also stars The Crowns Claire Foy.
Micheal Myers is back, and so is Jamie Lee Curtis. I know a lot of people who are excited for this film. The original Halloween film (1978) is such a classic around this time of year that people are just waiting for a new chapter.
The Hate U Give
The fact that this film is based on a true story is incredible. The premise behind it is a situation that many finds themselves in within this current social climate. I feel as thought this film will be really powerful and show how the young people of today can make a difference.
I. CAN. NOT. WAIT for this film. Ever since I heard that they were making it I’ve been waiting for the release. I’m pretty sure me and my boyfriend will pre book tickets in our local cinema because of how exciting we both are for it.
The films cast is amazing and from what I’ve seen from the trailer, the movie itself seems like it’s going to blow me away.
This is the first film released by “Stolen Picture”, Simon Pegg and Nick Frosts TV and film production company. I fee like if you enjoyed Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz, I’m sure this will be a film for you, but with a younger feel about it – seeing as it is set in a British boarding school.
Let me know in the comments if I’ve missed out any films that you’re looking forward too and if any of the films I’ve mentioned sound like your cup of tea.
Thanks for reading guys,
Love you all X
