My Ultimate Summer Playlist

Hey guys, I hope you’re all doing well.

In this post, I just wanted to share a little something with you that I’ve been absolutely loving over the last month or two.

So I haven’t actually created a playlist myself but I’ve found THE MOST PERFECT summer playlist, and I genuinley can’t stop listening to it!

The playlist I’m on about is Spotify’s Summer Indie playlist. I think I came across it just over a month ago now when the sun really started to show itself, and as I’ve mentioned, it’s been on repeat the whole time.

My favourite thing about this playlist is how even when I shuffle it, it always seems to play a song that I know and love. It’s so great for chill summer days when you just feel like lazying about in the garden or even just to have as chill background music with friends.

There are some absolute festival bangers on there like Vampire Weekends A-Punk and Florence and the Machines Dog Days are Over. Portugal. The Mans Feel it Still makes an appearance along with Friendly Fires new song Love Like Waveswhich is sure to get the party started

And, it features some great less known bands that will keep you wondering where they’ve been hiding all your life.

So seeing as it’s looking like the sun will stay shining for a couple more days, please go ahead and give it a listen, even if it isn’t your standard musical cup of tea.

And please let me know what you think in the comments below!

Song of the Day: Friendly Fires – Love Like Waves

Why? It’s the one song I find myself turning too in these lovely summer days. It’s a real feel good song that just gets you moving.
